Therapist

Shifra Silberstein is a psychotherapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, grief, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. She helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

Drawing from mindfulness, acceptance-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mind-body awareness, Shifra supports clients in noticing what is present on the surface, exploring the beliefs and patterns underneath, and relating to oneself with curiosity, compassion, and nonjudgment.

Shifra holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and certifications in the Mindful Psychedelics Integration Method (MPIM) and Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy.

As a therapist, Shifra brings an intuitive and grounded presence to the therapeutic relationship. She walks alongside clients as they connect with their own inner resources, integrate their experiences, and create meaningful movement toward healing and growth.
