One-on-One Therapy
Therapy is not always about fixing what is broken. Sometimes it is about remembering what has been buried, protected, silenced, or forgotten.
Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves. They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, numb, stuck in old patterns, or unsure why their life looks “fine” on the outside but feels misaligned on the inside. Often, what they are searching for is not something entirely new. It is a deeper connection to their own truth, body, intuition, emotions, and inner clarity.
This work helps clients slow down and begin listening beneath the surface. It explores the patterns, defenses, relational wounds, and protective strategies that may have helped a person survive, but no longer allow them to feel fully alive. The goal is not to become someone else. It is to remember the parts of the self that have been exiled, hidden, or waiting to be met with compassion.
The process may include conversation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, inner parts work, breath, visualization, and other experiential practices. Each session is an invitation to come closer to yourself, not with judgment or pressure, but with curiosity, honesty, and care.
This work is for people who are ready for growth, transformation, and a deeper remembering of who they are beneath the noise, protection, and stories they have carried.
