Vanessa
Bibliowicz
Originally from Colombia and later rooted in Florida, Vanessa brings together academic training, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the mystery of human transformation. She began her studies at the University of Miami, where she earned undergraduate degrees in Mathematical Economics and Psychology. Her desire to better understand people and relationships led her to Nova Southeastern University, where she completed both her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and her doctorate.
During her doctoral work, Vanessa focused a significant part of her research on psychedelic integration therapy and co-developed a clinical manual to help mental health professionals approach this emerging field with more clarity, care, and ethical grounding. This work eventually became part of a larger mission: to bridge psychotherapy, expanded states of consciousness, somatic healing, and spiritual growth in a way that feels grounded and responsible.
Vanessa has always been drawn to forms of therapy that move beyond conversation alone. Her training includes equine therapy, hypnotherapy, breathwork, ketamine-assisted therapy, and psychedelic-informed integration. Over time, she came to understand that healing is not only something we talk about. It is something we experience in the body, in relationships, and in the nervous system.
As a co-founder of Mindful Therapy Institute, Vanessa works with individuals and couples seeking meaningful and lasting transformation. Her approach is warm, direct, intuitive, and deeply integrative. She helps clients reconnect with themselves, understand their emotional patterns, and access the parts of them that may have been exiled.
In addition to her clinical work, Vanessa has trained therapists in her Mindful Psychedelic Integration Therapy model, supporting professionals in developing the clinical skill, inner presence, and ethical awareness needed for altered states of consciousness work. She also collaborates with facilitators in complementary modalities, reflecting her belief that growth can happen through many doors, including the mind, the body, the soul, and expanded states of consciousness.
Her forthcoming book, The Therapeutic Use of Psychedelics: Essential Skills and Insights for Psychotherapists, will be published by Routledge in July 2026.

Sarita
Broda
Sarita Broda is the co-founder of Mindful Psychedelics Therapy and a Marriage and Family Therapist who believes healing is not just about feeling better — it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and living with greater intention. Driven by a deep curiosity about people and what shapes us, she creates a space where clients feel safe to slow down, reflect, and engage in the kind of work that leads to meaningful, lasting change.
Sarita works with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of experiences, from relationship challenges and life transitions to personal growth and emotional healing. Her approach is calm, collaborative, and exploratory. Sessions often feel less like traditional problem-solving and more like a process of uncovering — helping clients connect the dots between their past, their patterns, and the life they want to create. She is currently completing her Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy certification through Numinus.
Drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities, Sarita tailors her work to each individual while balancing practical tools with deeper emotional and relational exploration. She supports couples in strengthening communication and intimacy, and helps individuals move through anxiety, identity shifts, relational struggles, and periods of transition with greater clarity and self-understanding.
Born in Bogotá and raised in Miami, Sarita now calls New York City home. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. Her own journey across cultures, cities, and stages of life deeply informs the empathetic, whole-person care she brings to her work.

Outside of her clinical work, she finds inspiration in the arts and in hiking.

Rachel
Novetsy
Rachel Novetsky is an intuitive healing practitioner, integration guide, and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience working privately with individuals navigating emotional healing, spiritual awakening, nervous system overwhelm, life transitions, and deep personal transformation.
From a young age, Rachel experienced an intense sensitivity to the emotions and energy of others. Over time, this led her into years of personal healing, study, and exploration of how the body, mind, emotions, and subconscious patterns are deeply interconnected. Her work today is rooted in compassion, presence, intuition, and the belief that healing becomes possible when people feel safe enough to fully witness themselves.
Rachel has extensive experience sitting with individuals through fear, trauma, grief, anxiety, limiting beliefs, relationship challenges, existential questioning, and profound spiritual experiences. She also works with those who have already done significant inner work and are seeking deeper integration, embodiment, clarity, and expansion.
Her approach combines grounded emotional support with energetic awareness, guiding individuals into deeply relaxed and altered states that support subconscious reprogramming, emotional release, insight, and healing.
Rather than positioning herself as someone who “fixes” others, Rachel sees her role as creating a compassionate and supportive space where clients can reconnect with their own inner wisdom, truth, and capacity to heal.
Rachel’s background includes extensive training in yoga, meditation, energetic healing practices, breathwork, somatic awareness, ThetaHealing®, Pranic Healing®, Integrative Nutrition™, Holonomic Healing, Access Consciousness Healing®, and crystal sound healing.
While her foundation includes over two decades of private yoga instruction and therapeutic movement work, her current work focuses primarily on integration support, emotional healing, energetic alignment, and immersive healing experiences.

Benaim-Abudarham
Rachel Benaim-Abudarham is a fascia energy therapist, interdisciplinary trauma researcher, and award-winning journalist whose work sits at the intersection of embodied healing, academic inquiry, and social change.
She holds a Master of Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Interdisciplinary Studies at Florida Atlantic University, where her dissertation examines embodied memory in Moroccan Jewish communities. She has presented at universities across the United States and Europe, including the University of Maastricht, Duke University and Florida International University.
Prior to her academic career, Rachel spent nearly a decade as an editor and award winning journalist at outlets including Haaretz and The Weather Channel. She is also the founding director of the Muslim Jewish Interfaith Coalition, the first Muslim-Jewish interfaith organization operating in the Arab world, which she built from the ground up, securing key support from André Azoulay, Senior Advisor to King Mohammed VI.
Rachel's path to fascia therapy was shaped by her own experiences and her commitment to understanding healing at every level-- individual, ancestral, and collective. She trained in myofascial release and fascia energy work with Maria Alfieris at Magical Hands Physical Therapy and the Human Garage team, developing an osteo-informed approach that integrates anatomical knowledge, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based methodology. The research frameworks she has built across sociology, memory studies, and experimental psychology directly inform how she works with the body — and with the people in it.
Rachel lives in South Florida with her husband and two bonus kids. Her favorite place to unwind is on the beach with fresh mango. You can be in touch with her via Instagram.
