Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a way of accessing the deeper layers of the mind.
Many of the patterns we struggle with do not live only in our conscious thoughts. They live in the body, the nervous system, the imagination, the subconscious mind, and the stories we absorbed long before we had language for them.
Through hypnosis, clients are guided beneath the noise of the analytical mind and into a more focused, receptive state. In this state, they may be able to access emotions, memories, images, beliefs, and inner parts that are not always reachable through conversation alone.
Hypnosis is not about losing control. It is about entering a state of inner focus where the mind becomes more open to its own wisdom. Clients remain aware and involved in the process while being guided into a deeper relationship with themselves.
This work can support clients who feel stuck in old patterns, limited by beliefs they cannot simply think their way out of, or disconnected from parts of themselves they are ready to understand, awaken, and remember.
