Laky
Majeski
MFT
Therapist
Laky practices Marriage and Family Therapy from an integrative, mind-body perspective grounded in trauma sensitivity, nervous-system awareness, and compassionate care.
With a background in psychology and somatic work, she brings a steady, attuned presence to the therapeutic relationship and values therapy as a collaborative process built on respect, curiosity, and safety.
Her approach is informed by the ways stress, attachment, and lived experience show up in the body, and she works to help clients deepen insight, strengthen self-regulation, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. As a certified TRE® Provider, she integrates body-based awareness and gentle nervous-system support into her work, emphasizing pacing, capacity, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Laky believes healing unfolds best when people feel met with warmth, presence, and room to move at their own pace. She aims to create a thoughtful, spacious environment where clients can connect more fully with themselves, build trust in their inner experience, and access their own wisdom over time.
Outside of her clinical work, she finds inspiration in the arts and in hiking.
